MEALS ON WHEELS
Southern Maine Agency on Aging provides nutritious and delicious home-delivered meals to homebound older adults in Cumberland and York counties. The program provides up to five meals each week to every participant. More than just a meal, Meals on Wheels also provides a wellness check and a visit by a MOW driver.
