MEALS ON WHEELS
Southern Maine Agency on Aging provides nutritious and delicious home-delivered meals to homebound older adults in Cumberland and York counties. The program provides up to five meals each week to every participant. More than just a meal, Meals on Wheels also provides a wellness check and a visit by a MOW driver. Blood Pressure Checks
The Cumberland Fire Department will provide blood pressure checks at no charge. Please stop by the Cumberland Fire Dept. during normal business hours on weekdays or call 207-829-5421.
